Day 16
August 7: Invisible designs and letting go
I was in the flow. Sat down, coffee in hand, and didn't flip through for a previous page I wanted to work on — I just dove right into the spread in front of me. This is half the magic of challenging myself to daily art journal devotion: the work gets real, and I'm far less afraid of making something I hate. There's always some kind of fix.

Download and print
How to save & print your files:

  1. Right-click  (or control click for mac, press and hold on mobile) on the image and choose "Save Image As" (or "Download Image").
  2. Save it to a folder you'll remember — like "Day 1 Journal Files."
  3. Open the saved JPEG and print at 100% / actual size (not "fit to page") so nothing gets cropped or stretched.
  4. Print on whatever paper you're testing today — plain, cardstock, watercolor, whatever's on hand.

Tip: if the image opens directly instead of downloading, just right-click anywhere on it for the save option.
